is there any way i can use a car headunit in side my house

yes you can either hook it up to a car battery or get a ac to dc adapter (plug that plugs into wall outlet with cigarette plug hole on other end) and buy a 12v plug and wire it to the headunit

sure!!!
you just need a 12 volt car battery
and a good ground inside the house.
conceal the headunit if u want to and then attach
speakers.
P.S- i currently have 1150 watts blasting
through my trailor right now with this setup,
adding a amp of course. ENJOY!!!!

A car battery charger works also. I had -at one point- one HU and two amps hooked up to a 6amp car battery charger. It slammed!
