First off, yes i know its not healthy. Second, i don't care. I eat a healthy diet and exercise very regularly but I still need to lose an inch or two off my waist in two days. I know that the only weight i will lose in this time is water weight. What is the best way though? If i drink tons of water will my body stop storing it in that short of an amount of time? Would it be best to drink almost no water at all since the time frame is so small? Thanks in advance for the help.

Yep. No carbs, no water, no sodium (salt).

Sweat it out. Put on your warm-ups, long underwear, and a knit cap and run for an hour, twice a day. You'll lose the water.

You won't lose those inches off your belly though. Good luck.

There are tablets ment for excess urination,i forgot what they are called but sports people do take them for wiping out all traces of drugs from their blood samples.
Are they called lesics? Can b useful in ur case too ,but after asking any expert only.
But if want to do it my way,,u should stop taking all kinds of food and just live on milk and fruit juices and stop all kinds of spices and salts and for hours u should start some specific yoga that targets ur waist .
i know one pose,its called sheershasan ,suryanamskar,etc.
