if it is the right palm you are going to get money, if it's the left u'll lose some. it is true and believed so in a lot of countries trust me.
as for your feet, wash them with some warm water....

It's possible that it could be dry skin but I would recommend checking with a dr, especially if this has been going on for a while.

u will have it everywhere but if u live clean u can avoid it.
