He's probably met a few woman,by now,but not someone he's totally interested in. A guy who's at least 25,may be looking for a long-term relationship, such as marriage. (Note) This does not mean, this person is Gay!.
Everyone has a preference in life. If he does not want to date just anyone, then the true love of his life, will come along, when the time is right.

He obviously hasn't met the right person yet and is smart enough to realize that. At 25 you will be with someone an awfully long time if it is a mistake. He seems very mature to me. Good Luck and God Bless

It's possible that he will. A lot of guys start wanting to settle down when they get older. However, I would hope that he decided never to have a relationship. Then he'd be one of "Rio's people."

I applaud this person for saving his virginity. He wants it be lost to the right girl, because once you lose it you can never get it back and losing your virginity is a very special moment.

he's probably not mature enough to settle down with one person he's only 25 don't expect a guy to settle down until the early 30's then there's no guarantee about that.

He'll never commit. Stay away from him unless you want a broken heart.
