and see what other people have to say about them. There are plenty of people there that agree with you and have shared their own opinions. YOu could share your story there to 1. warn other people so that they can fall into the same trap you did, 2. hurt the business 3. have a way for others to find you online and maybe be a part of a class action lawsuit against them.

You'll have to be a little more specific.

If you mean you got a credit card from them, charged a bunch of stuff and then didn't pay the bill and they're now sending you nasty letters to get payment for the money you borrowed from them, is greedy, blood thirsty and unethical, then I'd have to say that not paying back what you borrowed is a bit unethical too.
