i want to look big and masculine to that i have to gain waight but im afraid to look fat , im 15 years old i waigh 52 pounds, i was thinking that maybe the solution would be waight lifting but sense im only 15 years old they wont let me do it at the gym


and please if you want to offer me advice dont tell me im too young to gain muscle either help me or not

You need to weight training and up your protein intake so you look bigger but lean

52 pounds? Are you ill or just genetics? To gain weight but not look fat you will have to gain muscle. If you do not have a gym be creative. Think Rocky training! You probably ought to go see a nutritionalist first, but if not just make sure you eat protein and carbs and the rest of the good stuff so that you will gain muscle mass while you weight train.

Okay, most gyms allow 15 year olds to join. I am 15 and i go to a gym. Start with machines and slowly work your way to fee weights. You must be increadibly tiny because most skinny girls i know weigh like twice your weight, but whatever. I know a pretty short guy and he has big muscles. So, it is possible, but you have to work really hard at it. If you are posative you cant join a gym then you could alway buy weights at a sporting goods store. They aren't that expensive. There are lots of exercizes you can do with your own weights at home to beef up. Good luck.

The healthy weight for a ten year old is 100 lbs. Do you have a digestive disease of some type, Celiac etc. See a nutritionist.
