well i realy like this guy and i think he realy likes me but i dont realy seem to tell if he realy likes me or not cause i give loads of hints but he dosent seem to tell me that he likes me or not

Go and ask him....it is tough and can be very embarashing if he says NO....right...
I think the best way is to tell him your own thinking, why we girl should always wait for guys to make first move....are we so coward or someting else...Can not we make our own choices and state that at top of our sound beat...
Go and say that you like him...do not say that you love him..just say you like him....

Why don't you try telling him how you feel? That usually works.
