I started my own... so dont bother yourself join my religion... No prayers no god no alms giving no shiit no nothing

Why are you asking permission? Either start one or don't. If you want to create your own religion then do that since it's something only you can decide. All the religions since the dawn of time started somewhere. They didn't just pop up out of the blue one day with thousands of followers already on the spot.

I've made many religions before (and actually gotten people to follow them)
But a religion is considered a cult until at least 5-6 years after it had been created.

By asking whether or not you are right to start a religion you are already appealing to a higher power that determines what is right and what is wrong. This would make your religion inferior. Someone who really wanted to begin a religion would not question someone else as to whether or not they were right to do so.
