My daughter has to take something to school that starts with E. cant be elephant, envelope, egg, or earrings, they have already been used. It must be small enough to fit in a shoe box and I have to give 3 hints about it that kindergardners can figure out. My mind is blank!!!! any ideas???

I have fun trying to figure these out every week.
I would have to go above with what Ash said. E was always a hard one to think about. And if you open a dictionary to look through it, you have to keep in mind 5 and 6 year olds need to know the word. So that is easier said than done.
