You could try a product like Mederma (it's used a lot for surgical scars but it can be used for other scars too). Check with your dr for additional ideas.

You mentioned that you have dry skin, how are you doing with water intake? Not getting enough water is one cause for dry skin.

Okay, well I'm going to go with what everyone on here says works for cellulite: cocoa butter. Have you tried that?

To prevent dry skin use lotion with shea butter and reapply several times a day. Johnson & Johnson makes some really good stuff for about $3.50 at Target. They also have a companion bodywash with shea butter to keep your skin extra hydrated.

Don't do things that may dry out your skin like taking long hot showers/baths or staying out in the sun without sunscreen. If it's a small area you can try a scar pad. They are often sold in the bandages aisles of drugstores and are little clear gel pads. They really help alleviate the appearance of scars. If you can't find them at a drugstore, try a medical equipment supply store or try online.

Scars are the body natural way to heal itself. But in the process, it leaves noticable lines. Berk!! Unfortunately, nothing can remove a scar. But making it less noticable is possible.

First, fix the source your scars come from. Find a magic lotion to moisturize your skin. Stay away from hot showers, dramatic temperature changes and harsh chemicals.

Second, it depends how old the scars are. The older, the less likely they will fade. Keep them moisturized. Don't scratch them. Also, when in the sun, use a good sunscreen with at least 15 SPF and use it often. The sun makes the scars more noticeable.

Use a good moisturizer or I suggest you try using Zenmend Derma Lotion from Zenmed or Autopalm from Skinstore.com.

Zenmend has no side effects and it's non-irritant to the
skin. It's proven to works fast and it povides Maximum
