Recommendations for winter sun holiday combining quiet location for cycling and sun?

Hi all

I am looking for any recommendations/ advice about locations for a week holiday in the /spring winter sun later this month. Somewhere quiet, cheap, and sunny where my hubbie can cycle on road / mountainbike all day while I read / sunbathe by the pool! / beach. Absolutely not bothered about other sights / shops/ nightlife/ other activities.

Any ideas or recommendations?

We had considered one of the Canary Islands (but have no idea of which resort on which island would be best). Can you guide? Alternatively, Cyprus - again, no idea.

I would appreciate any info at all.

I know Gran Canaria attracts of lot of cyclists. There are always cyclists going up and down the mountain.

A quiet resort is Maspalomas, also Mogan is nice.
I'd avoid Playa de Inglis, but I always go to Puerto Rico, it's lively but not as mad as Plya de Inglis.

The solar IS brighter in the iciness because of the fact the Earth's orbit around the solar isn't a suitable circle yet an elipse with the solar at one concentration. The Earth is closest to the solar on ~January 5th, so the solar would be brightest on and around that day. although, this has not something to do with the march of the seasons, that are because of the attitude of the solar above the horizon. because of the lean of the Earth's axis while in comparison with the orbital plane, The solar is almost overhead at midday in previous due spring and summer season, although that's amazingly low in the sky even at midday in the iciness. in case you do not have self assurance me in basic terms look on the scale of your shadow at ~a million:00PM daylight hours saving time now, and then do the comparable at 12:00 midday in previous due November or December-January and additionally you will see what I mean. The decrease solar attitude means chillier temperatures, regardless of the place the solar is in its orbit.

Well Lanzarote ticks all those boxes as far as I am concerned. It would be a smashing place to cycle around. Playa Blanca would be the nearest resort to the fire mountains, Costa Teguise the nearest to the higher and hillier parts.
