1) Why is this in scanners?

oh dear i think u r very innocent this not a right section for asking this question ask again in dating section....
anyway my answer is NO it is never be late to fall in love first time...first love can happen in age 15 and it can also happen in age of 45...i mean its all depend on ur mood....first love can not be bound in age....best of luck .....keep smiling....

Not at all. Love is everything it's cracked up to be. That's why people are so cynical about it. . . . It really is worth fighting for, being brave for, risking everything for... no matter what age. And the trouble is, if you don't risk anything, you risk even more.

no. some people don't find love until their 50's or 60's. you may be naive but learn from other peoples mistakes ^_^.
