Last wednesday i had a chicken wrap thing fron a supermarket, and the night after i had it i felt really ill! and even since i feel sick every morning and night, and i cant eat much. my friend had the same food as me all day appart from the chicken thing, so do i have food poisening????

Assuming that by "ill" you mean vomiting and diarrhea, then you likely have a bacterial infection, possibly caused by the chicken wrap you ate. Three days is rather unusual for food poisoning, which is caused by bacterial toxins in the food (not a bacterial infection in your GI tract). Typically food poisoning resolves within 24h.
It's more likely that you have an active infection in your GI tract causing your symptoms. If your symptoms persist, you may want to go to a clinic to get worked-up and possibly receive antibiotics. Also, if you have symptoms other than vomiting and diarrhea, you might want to take that into account when deciding whether to see a physician.

It sure sounds like it. The same thing happened to my sister and her manager at work. They were the only ones to eat the turkey sandwiches that were brought in for lunch and they both got really sick (vomiting, diarrhea, the whole nine yards). Her sickness went away in a couple days but if yours doesnt get better, see a doctor. Could possibly be salmonella.

Yes, it is entirely possible that you have food poisoning. Consider phoning your doctor, and while you're at it see what you can do to report the supermarket.

Only a doctor can diagnose you, if you are that sick call your doctor or go to the emergency room, they can run blood tests, Hope you get to feeling better.

if your vomiting and have diarrhea you possibly have food poisoning.undercooked chicken is renown.you must drink plenty of fluid,if you brink that up see your local hospital
