KX Mean Machine ~
First off you're doing everything just fine the issue is, you probably won't ever have a six pack no matter how many sit ups you do. It's just they way your body is made up. You'd have to lose all of your body fat around your midsection and this will not be healthy for you. Sorry.

I hope this helps. Thanks for the question KX Mean Machine.

sit ups do help with the six pack but your diet will be the problem just watch what you eat try and get a leaflet on the right foods to eat or serch the web. when you are doin your sit ups do not bend right to the top so your face toutches your knees just point your head so it is facing the cealing and just lift your back off the floor about 6 or 7 inch this is a beter way and you will not be able to do as many so do not push your self to hard you will feel it more in your body.

first of all its true I'm afraid you'll have to adjust your diet eat alot of protein and cut out the carbs (as long as you don't do alot of fitness that is). secondly sit ups only isolate a certain part of you abs you need to do some other stuff to work the other parts eg. crunches and leg raises with ankle weights also some sought of cardiovascular exercises maybe skip for 30 Min's a day as you'll need to loose the layer of fat you have for the muscles to show fully.get a Swiss ball they make sit ups and crunches more enjoyable. Also never do a 100 straight off do them in sets (not to sound patronising if you already do) for example do 5 sets of 25 sit ups with a 20 second rest in between then the same with the crunches and leg raises. Also just to add if you want to build up strenght also look on the net for some yoga exercises the usually require a Swiss ball but they build core strength its worth having a go mate good luck!!!!!

Dude, have you heard that gettin a great body is 20% exercise and 80% in the kitchen? you need to adjust your diet!! cut your carbs, eat more protein, do more cardio! eg walking which burns fat no muscle. + use weights why do 100 sit ups? would you do the same for your chest!!!! NO you would do reps of 10 with weights.

Well ur diet is important..do 125 crunches everyday and do some cardio to get rid of excess fat..I know what im talking about..You also got to do hip raises, leg lifts, to get the strenght and definition in your lower abdomin..Train your lower abs aswell..
Stick with it you will get a six pack, your body just has to adampt itself...goodluck with the training

The blogbaba is working on a keg around his middle. The more sit ups, the quicker the six pack.

first of all...you gotta go to school.
second of all...hold some weights on your chest while you do the situps.
otherwise get some equipment, and worl on other parts.
