If you tell her that it's your way of trying to break them up. That's not love.
If you're a decent guy she may decide to date you at some point in the future when no one else is in the picture.

If she is in love with that man, and you tell her you love her, she will always know that someone else loves her. You meet her privately, and just tell her.

Just tell her. If she breaks up with her boyfriend, then great. If she doesn't and sticks with her boyfriend that she currently has, lay off of her for a while.

well well well.... what a question....
i did it really even though i knew she has a got a guy.....
i just told that i like her very much while we chatting
thank god she just smiled at me...
and now am still her`s best friend..
an believe it or not it was the only proposal i did in ma lifetime..... and am still waiting for her reply....

just hang around and keep being her friend if you can handle that. don't do anything to cause it, but if something happens to that other guy you can tell her how you feel (but give her a little time first!)
