Why is it a big deal? u havent said how old either of you are, It used to be that if a girI still have a hymen which was a piece of skin covering the entrance to the vagina, but nowadys this can be broken by things like riding a bike, horse riding or using tampons, i think maybe just ask her gently or when u are intimate just take things slowly and dont rush or pressure her into anything same as u would with your first time with anyone.

By asking her. It's the closest you'll ever get to the truth. There's no reliable physical way of knowing, so all you can do is ask and gauge from her answer whether you think she's telling the truth. Look for the kind so signs that give a liar away like inability to make eye contact and fidgeting.

Ask her but there is no way to confirm that she is telling you the truth. There is no other way to confirm it. She may not have hymen (membrane) due to her sports etc and otherwise too she may fake every thing in first coitus. As such you have to trust on what she says so it is better not to ask

You really cannot tell. If she has been athletic, it may be impossible. I simply would not worry about it. If she tells you she is she probably is. God bless****
