Be cool, be calm, obey their orders, don't resist or run. As far as answering their questions, that is up to you. Remember your fundamental rights: to remain silent, to talk to an atty...etc. If they have their case together, they really won't need you to make a statement anyway.
Good luck!

#1- Don't give the arresting officers a reason to give you a beat down and charge you with 'resisting', so comply with orders.
#2- Ask why you're being arrested.
#3- If you know you did it, cooperate with and further investigations the police have, because if you 'lawyer up' and deals may likely be withdrawn.
#4- Man up and take resposibility for what you did. If you didn't do it, then get an attorney and defend yourself.

Shut up and call a lawyer. If you run, then the polica can add "Resisting" to whatever charge they originally intended to arrest you with, which is about 5 extra years in jail if convicted.
Just stay calm, do not talk and contact a lawyer and let him do the talking.

Don't say anything, get a lawyer.
Never, ever say anything until you have a lawyer - Police will lie, and try and frame you every time - it's there job to find someone to charge, the fact it's the wrong person is an after thought to them.

What's the best thing to do when I'M arrested?
Wake up. If I'm getting arrested, then it's because I'm having a nightmare.
Other than that, I don't think about it, because I don't do stuff that requires me to GET arrested.

Keep your mouth shut, they tell you that anything you say can and will be used against you in court!! Don't piss the cop off as he can make life hell on you with the handcuffs and even worse in the jail after he has told the jailer how you acted, don't break the law and you will never be in the situation to find out!

Be professional, polite, but shut up especially if there is a video camera running. Get an attorney and start asking for said attorney IMMEDIATELY!! Don't say squat until your attorney advises you to do so. Hope this helps!!

First things first: don't run. It will only make things worse. Second, keep your mouth shut. Whatever happens, keep your mouth shut! Only talk to your lawyer, noone else.
