after a Month of deciding if you will send your idea to someone you trust,then after you lost contact with the Person to be contacted what will you do?will you sew them?

If you can prove it was your idea first, yep, I'd SUE them for theft of said item. However, it is very difficult to prove it was your idea unless you have ALL the notes that brought you to the point you are at now. Good luck!!

Wait untill they use your idea whateva it may be but also if possible copyright material immediately or send info 2 yourself in a certified letter and do not open this will be great evidence in court because of the date marked on sealed envelope

I'd only sue them, and I think you can only sue them if, they provide evidence that they used your idea to make a profit or gain attention. I'd try to keep talking to them, and if nothing comes up, you can always put your idea out there first and make sure they don't get credit.

is this an idea that is worth arguing over, or is this an idea that means you should of gotten
your patent before you opened your mouth
about it. Silence is golden and till you get your idea to the proper channel to get the points, then I say keep your mouth shut, you only hurt yourself with talking about it to others, then you only have yourself to blame.
