Eat lots of vegetables, limit your carbohydrates, like breads, pastas, spagetti, deserts. Eat your fruit between meals and make sure you eat berries as they are high in antioxidents which we need lots of, and of course exercise. Limit your red meats to two or three times a week. Eat range fed chicken.
