So I tried using powerISO to mount it to a virtual drive, but then when I go inside the drive, I see an audio folder and a video folder and inside the video file there's a whole lot of VOB files and other weird things - and I don't know what to do with those...

How do I view this DVD without burning it to a disk? And what programs do I need? Thanks a lot

You should download VLC and open it with that (It can handle almost any format)

Maybe right-click on the virtual drive (when mounted) and "open with..." the program you use to view dvd's?

Use kmplayer (www.kmplayer.com)or PowerDVD to see in PC.
Or burn on a DVDR then play in DVD player.
