I assume you mean snore :)

Vibrations of soft tissues located at the back of our throats cause snoring. The palate, uvula and tonsils are the tissue structures that flap against each other when someone has too much tissue at the back of their mouth or when an obstruction is blocking the air passageway to the back of the throat.

People snore for many reasons; Sinus issues, a cold or flu bug, closing of the throat muscles, small nasal passages, and there are other medical conditions as well. In actuality, we are probably lucky more folks don't snore with all the problems we have!! Good question!!

people snore with medical conditions, like when they are overweight and have too much tissue along their air passageway that it blocks the passage of air. there are also with sinus problems. its not good. i read one time that when someone with you snores, you should move their head to improve their breathing. hope this helps.
