bending, stretching,walking,swimming,driving,sitting,dancing,jumping and to sum it all up so that we are able to be mobile and get around from A to B. If we did not have joints we would be like a plank of wood or we would collapse in a heap on the floor.
I hope that has help you it is also important to look after our joints by good healthy diet and excersise and also keep a steady weight as extra weight causes joint to squash and then boy are you in trouble or if you do to much so happy meduim all round look after your bones you need them for ever.

If we never had joints in our body, all our time would be spent thinking about what the purpose of life was, when we could do nothing but think.
But without joints we couldn't suckle or eat, and if no one had joints we couldn't survive.

Try a bandage on one of ur joints to make it immobile and find out the result.

joints /cartilage are necessary to absorb the weight of the body. they also facilitate flexibility. Joints are connective tissue. They connect two bones, or muscles.

We need joints to be able to move freely, imagine not having joints we would'nt ever be able to move, in fact I expect the human population would not evolved or would be extinct by now if we didn't have them! cause we would'nt be able to do anything!.
