Tyson prime is a knock out for Tyson vs nearly anyone ever. Cutler may be big and strong, but hasn't anyway NEAR the skill or speed of Tyson.

Jay Cutler is a body builder and Mike Tyson is a boxer. What kind of question is this? Jay Cutler might have rock hard muscles but he aint got no muscles on his chin and when Tysons uppercut hit it, he'd fall through the canvas.

Jay Cutler isn't a boxer, he's a bodybuilder. Even so, I would go with Tyson because he has experience.
