to the above poster: Low carb is not an option for bodybuilding. YOU NEED CARBS TO GET BIG. CARBS ARE NOT EVIL. simple carbs do suck a little but complesx carbs are great. If dont consume enough carbs (4 or five times your body weight in pounds) I can promise that you will not grow. AND FOOD IS WAAAAY MORE IMPORTANT THAN SUPPLEMENTS

your bodyweight in pounds x 5 = carb intake
bodyweight times 1,5 = protein intake

this is by no means a comprehensive list. Just the things that I consume.

Carbs
sweet potatoe
wheat bread
brown rice

tuna
milk
lean beaf
egg whites
chicken breasts

supplements
protein shakes
creatine
multi vitamin
glutamine

lots and lots of iron

its good that your asking about your diet. it is the most important thing about bodybuildng. You will not grow in the gym you grow in the kitchem

Protiens are ingredients that provide amino acids that help with body progression, and so they help the floor integrity and help it heal swifter. Carbs are the nutrition team that provides quick means. Pasta is sturdy means nutrition, fish or rooster is sturdy for protiens
