It seems like once I have the girl, wether it be in a relationship or what not I lose interest. I want to be with them on a logical level, but the passion, the thrill disappears when I know I have them, when they are mine. How do I avoid this??

This is unpopular to say, but i'll say it. Not everyone has to be in a relationship. If your happy not being in a relationship, there is nothing wrong with that!

you haven't fallen in love yet! Enjoy your conquers while you can so long as you are honest with your girlfriends. You'll probably fall head over heels for a girl & get dumped badly by her then realise what you have done to countless other girls in the past - then you will grow up & look beyond the excitement of the chase.

By keeping the relationship new all the time, speaking to the person,
having great sex keeping everything current on the phone email etc...
Most of all getting to know someone is like peeling the layers of an
onion, the more you take off the deeper inside you get to the heart....
An artichoke might be a better way to illustrate this point though, to
get in deep you have to speak to the persons heart.................................

try to get to know the girl better..maybe you don't really know who she's really are...that's why you felt bored i guess...
