I found Frank Voltolini in the 1910 US Federal Census in San Joaquin County in Ward 4 of Stockton. He was born about 1856 in Austria. His parents were both born in Austria as well. He spoke fluent Italian and was in the macaroni business at that time.

Voltolini, Barbara Female White 41 wife married 23 years mother of 4 children, 3 children alive at the time of the census. Birthplace Austria, both parents born in Austria spoke Italian not able to read and write According to the California Death index she died on October 26, 1933. Her maiden name is Giordani. This was taken from her sons death record.

Voltolini, Alice Daughter Female White 20 years of age born in Austria both parents born in Austria spoke English worked in a Laundry able to read and write

Voltolini, Alma Daughter Female White 18 years of age, born in Austria parents bon in Austria spoke English able to read and write

Voltolini, Frank Son Male White 17 years of age born in California parents born in Austria, spoke English worked as a macaroni maker albe to read and write According to World War I draft card, he was born in San Francisco on June 2, 1893


In the 1920 census, I found just the wife living with daughter, Alma. It lists her birthplace as Triest, which belonged to the Empire of Austria.
