To krazykri…Psychotic? Please! Severe itching is not psychotic, it's physical.

Call an ambulance. You're experiencing some type of psychotic event. The ambulance will not mind whatsoever to take you to the E.R.
In the meantime, you might want to try atihistamines such as Benadryl and for relief of itching, get hold of some calamine lotion.
Most importantly, get to a doctor...NOW!

Ok, I'm not sure about the two songs in your head but they aren't doing a lot to distract you.

Try this. It can take time, if you do it yourself but it will be worth it. It is highly possible that you are allergic to something. IT could be anything from your shampoo and conditioner, to the lotion you are using, to the washing powder etc.

Systematically remove all detergents from your life. Then gradually, one at a time, reintroduce them to see if they have any effect. In the meantime, to wash with, you can buy medicinal alcohol based products like aquasept and coal tar shampoo. It doesn't sound nice but they should not affect your skin in any way.

Once you have determined the cause of the itch, then you have to try all products in that range I.E. washing powders until you find one that doesn not affect you in this way. Avoid the lotion you are using too, for the time being.

You need to see your family doctor too. They can be of more assistance.

This answer is only for the itching. For everything I suggest a quick trip to the ER.

Get patch tested. My daughter kept breaking out and itching allllllllll over. Her dermatologist had her patch tested. We now know she allergic to four different chemicals found in everday objects. Two of these chemicals are found in every single cosmetic, lotion, soap, shampoo, moisturizer, sunscreen, and other skin care products.
She is also allergic to black rubber (car tires, black basketballs, etc) as well as chewing gum, postage stamp glue, envelop glue, all other adhesives, paper, paperboard, modeling clay, and band aids OH and I almost forgot, she is allergic to all everygreen trees as well.

The kicker: she is also allergic to the antihistamines her pediatrician kept prescribing her for the rash.

We were on a roller coaster of rashes and itching for four months before finding relief.

Please see a dermatologist

Hope you feel better!

Go to the ER! Call your local police to get a ride if necessary. For simple remedy, bathe yourself in oatmeal. It soothes the body. Find a way to go to the ER.
