What remedy? Many have died from maximum cancers regardless of chemotherapy. And devil can do no more desirable than God enables him to. I personally don't believe God exists.
But those who do believe insist that God kills children because it's part of his "Plan" and that you should trust in his plan because he's God and he's better and smarter than you.
Sounds like a load of crap to me, but if you want to believe it, that's your choice.

God does not kill anyone or give people sickness and disease. That is one of the effects of the curse when Adam and Eve sinned. Sometimes demons also cause sickness and disease. EVERYTHING God does is GOOD.

God doesn't kill those children. It is the sins of the fathers that are killing those children. God allows this to take place. He could stop it at any time, but there are always consequences to sin.

the notion of bible-god is pure and utter nonsense.
just go to a children's hospital full of 8-year-olds with cancer, then...get a brain, and go home and throw that gddam bible into the trash, where it belongs.
