Taking ambien with an antihistamine may result in excessive depression, tiredness, sleepiness, breathing difficulties, or similar symptoms.
You will most likely fall asleep for awhile. There is a chance of falling into a short coma. If this is what you intended than you should get comfy in bed, because you will be there awhile. If you do not want this call for help, driving would be bad since you will peak on and off in about a half hour then for the next 7 hours. You need medical help, not just for the emergency at hand but for your obvious mental need.

When in doubt, drink a glass of water. If when taking a pill you are pretty sure your going to die pretty soon, take off running and don't stop until you are very sweaty and your heart is thumping. Hot steamy showers if OD. Beyond this, I guess don't drive. I'm not familiar with how you feel.

make sure you are not driving. find someone to keep you company. do not be by yourself. Call 911 or poison control to see if you have OD yourself. Or simply sleep it off. If you were really serious you wouldn't have had the energy to type online anyway.

Call poison control and ask them what to do. Their number is 1-800-222-1222. I'm not even going to ask why you did that.

Well... you should not operate heavy machinery or drive a car.
You should probably go to bed.
