These days with a major water shortage, and many refrigerated airconditioners, is it possible to use the water from these Aircons to use as Drinking Water? Is it clean water or contaminated, or even poisoned? Or is it clean and able to be used to drink, because even my little window airconditioning system puts out a lot of water each day onto the ground.

It can be used if you filter it. Any water that runs off of it will contain any dirt or mold and other things like pollen that get on the exchanger or fins.

On the other hand it is essentially distilled water and is actually better than most bottled water.

You have to shake it a bit to aerate it and get rid of the flat taste and it is quite warm usually as a well. Refrigerating it will take even more energy away and make your air conditioner run more as the heat gets pumped out of the refrigerator into the home.

It is quite good for watering plants too by the way, and you can do that without filtering it.

It is condensed from the moisture in the air but comes into contact with some metal parts and so could be contaminated. If you were using a RO system, you could feed this condensate as the input source.

You could use that water for other purposes like gardening.

The water which runs into the ground is replenishing the ground water levels.

yes but, it must be filtered to remove dust, metal particles from the coil, etc. Would the cost out weigh the availability of water ? a smart thing to do would be to grow some "Veggies" under the A/C.
