Hi guys. I have exams (semester ones) coming up which i am writing two of my year papers off. I have been doing study notes but its been going a bit slow or that i fall asleep on my textbooks or feel extremly tired. My mind tends to rift sometimes. I also do have a full time job (Montessori teaching) & was just wondering if there is anything that would help me while studying. My phone is off & radio sometimes off. When at the library i do get some work done & because its at a mall it does sound tempting but study a little more & then go out. Any ideas?

How about having the radio on but real low. I usually have music on when I read for my college classes and I actually read better that way as the dead silence puts me to sleep. I use to watch TV while reading just for the background noise, but I usually ended up watching TV and speed reading through commercials. Coffee is a bad idea because it makes you jittery and won't want to sit still and especially to sit still and read. Just get a good nights rest and try the music thing.
