Take it to the vet.................
it should of been wormed by the vet honestly. There are so many bad wormers on the market that will actually kill your dog.
I knew someone that wormed their saint bernards theirselves and lost the whole litter because it was a bad wormer. OTC wormer is not safe for the dog. the only wormer i have found my vet told me about is safe-guard.+

You must take him to the vet. One time I had a litter of puppies and went to the vet to buy Nemex. The vet tech mixed the strength of the nemex wrong (I think they were diluting strongid as we live in a rural farming area and they just left it cow strength by mistake) All of the puppies in the litter died and I followed the directions for a double strength wormer. How much wormer did the puppy have? What kind of puppy is he and how old is he? If you made a mistake by a pound or two in weight and this is a 5 pound puppy he probably will be fine. If it is a double or triple dose, only a vet could possibly have any kind of antidote. You could call poison control if there is no vet available.

Take him to the vet and take the remainder of the dewormer with you so the vet knows what ingredients was in it,
