Sounds like a yeast infection in her ear to me .My boyfriend's dog had one and it took a long time to heal.We used hydrogen peroxide on it to kill the yeast , and it healed .Try wiping the infected area with a cotton pad soaked in the hydrogen peroxide twice each day.You should also take her to the vet to make sure that's what's wrong with her .Best wishes.

Awwww poor thing? It might just be a moisture problem, try rubbing olive oil into it. Otherwise, warts? Mites? Does it look blistery or pimply? Maybe it needs to be drained. Take her to the V-E-T.

Here is a picture of ear mites in a dog, with other symptoms to compare with your dog.

Also when I hear about cauliflowery bumps on any animal, including people, I think cancer. Skin cancer in humans is sometimes nothing more than a strange looking dry patch...maybe the same for dogs.
