I gave up writing love letters when I married. After that, the chase is over and each now and then, in case you write something candy, she could come after me desiring some masculine interest.

Ah, I am a specialist on this one.
Write something like:
1) you are the best thing that has ever happened to me.
2) you are my woman, and we are destined to become one.
3) sometimes I feel you're pushing me away, I want to let you know I am not going anywhere.
4) I will fight for you.
5) I will fight for your love.
6) Do you think it is going to happen for us?
7) I want to take you in my arms and hold you.
8) I want us to be forever. (underline the word 'forever' three times.)
9) I am so blessed to have you in my life.
10) Maybe God saw all my sorrows and sent me an angel?
11) Everything will always be as you say., you will always be right.
12) Did you know that three out of five times after I talk with you on the phone I walk away blinking with tears. I get so overwhelmed with emotions.
13) My feelings are so strong for you.
14) Probably every man you go out with wants to marry you?
15) I want a daughter. I don't know if I ever will be lucky enough, but my biological clock is definitely ticking.
Those I just a few that definitely won my heart over when my boyfriend used them. The only problem for him though is that I definitely want to marry him now!! ha-ha

Don't rhyme.
Don't be sappy.
Stick to the facts.
Start with, I think I love you because...
You are safe because you said "think"
Then, list your reasons, and end the letter.
Make it short.
Hand the letter to her in person, and tell her to read it later. Give her a kiss on the cheek. Then leave.
