Does Christianity forbid its adherents from helping non-Christian people? If a non-Christian old lady needed help crossing a busy and dangerous intersection would you do it? I hope people wouldn't be so petty to let such things interfere with their decision making. So to answer your first question, yes.
To answer your second question, neither. I think you are just trying to look for a juicy conspiracy.

Oh yeah? So you have a Christian army? Is that it? Are you a Christian nation? Your army is an army of crusades or what? What's a Christian nation? I think you should consider refactoring your question before I answer!!

There is NO CHRISTIAN ARMY in world but "Christian populated" countries have armies and THEY ARE DOING EVERYTHING in their NATIONAL/PERSONAL INTERESTS....otherwise every Christian should try to HELP everyone in doing good..... that is GOOD NEWS.
