has anybody had any luck bartering for a good deal for cheaper membership.the missus & me want to swop fitness 1st (22 quid a month) for jjb(36 quid a month).we did try the deal you can get if you go & take out a health policy with the pru wich allows you to join for 20 quid a month (depending on age at 48 we was too old ? cheek?. our old gym has gone to the dogs lately things broke & just unclean & tidy. so any tips to get a deal with jjb would be great thanks.ps heres that site for the pru deal i mentioned,he also tells you how to get monry back (bank charges) from your bank,plus many other things good luck. martinlewis.moneymatters.(sorry dont know how to highlight in blue so you can click on)tell me please bye

I used to have a club with Fitness19 (not sure if those are around the place you reside), I paid $30 prematurely (first and final month's fee) and then $15 a month. My fiance did his in a various way and could pay $12 a month.

Gyms are ok but expensive
I tried this and it gives you all the benefits of the gym at a fraction of the cost
