You don't need fancy ingredients to made a spell work. The best spells use chants, or meditation.
I researched a lot of spells when I was trying to get my man back (he's now my husband, so it worked!) and I found that spells that use all these smelly herbs and things are just a load of rubbish designed to make you feel like you're doing something useful.

And don't worry about people who tell you spells don't work, they've obviously never tried themselves!

Sounds like your basic love spell to me. Write a poem or a list of what you are looking for and then pour the stuff in a bottle of some kind and cork it or put the top on and whenever you think of it give it a kiss or a quick shake.
