With your height being 5'1" and your weight 120 lbs. you seem perfectly fine.
If you have a small frame you should weigh 106-118
A medium fame 115-129, a large frame 125-140

Stress less your 16 don't worry your true prince won't be around for a while. Anyone who doesn't like you the way you are isn't worth it anyway.
Try a whole lifestyle change including eating healthy (not dieting) a regular exercise regime (something not to strict to begin with, remember you want to be able to stick to it) and surround your self with positive people, they encourage you to help yourself. A boosted self esteem is great for tackling hard tasks.
Please remember not to get discouraged if your still not losing weight, this is the worst thing that you can do.Especially if your like me ( i eat when I'm depressed, lots)

Don't Diet. Change your eating habits. There are many books at your local library that can assist you. I would look for textbooks that the dieticians use. If there is a university nearby you can inquire as to the text materials needed for basic Foods and Nutrition courses.

1st of all your 16,you are still growing,developing.You can start by doing a routine of different exercises.You have to cut out sweets,carbs.Get your carbs from eating fruit.Eat 4-6 small meals a day.It takes 2-3 weeks start seeing results.Ones beauty is on the inside(heart)That makes outside beauty shine.As you get older, having a good heart.You will be noticed and fine your prince charming..If you have any questions,contact me and I fix you a program to go by...good luck...
