This may sound like a really weird diet...but it worked for me. Since Thanksgiving I've shed 25 pounds on it...here goes:
Whenever you are really hungry, eat fat-free Pringles. They aren't that bad for you, are relatively low calorie and they taste the same. I also would eat sugar-free/fat-free pudding and jello(easily to make) with light-whipped cream, and Orville Reddenbacker's Smart-Pop Kettle Corn which is low calorie and tastes fine. Also, drink Crystal Light, if you don't like the taste of water unless you are really thirsty(like me) it helps make sure you get atleast 8 cups of water a day.

Don't make your diet strictly this, but whenever you are hungry, pig out on this food instead of something like potato chips or pretzels, because when you do pig out on it, it will just be 100-200 calories worth of food instead of 500-700.
