The jammer is only going to prevent the receiver from detecting what it would normally receive. Unless you are using a high power source, such as a laser, all your jammer will do is block another signal.

No, it just acts as a form of snow blindness. There is suppose to be new military American jammers that will fry enemy equipment that will be going on The F-22 and JSF.
