You posted this question in Thailand section so I think you are referring to the Thai law. If you have sex with a person under 13 years of age, jail that is. Thai girls can get married at the age of 15, boy at 17 both however with parents consent. The legal matuarity age that a person, male or female, can take on legal commitment is 20. So by law, I guess legal sexual age of consent would be 20.
