How do I request a paternity test in the state of Ohio?

I was getting married to this girl from Ohio and things didn't work out, but now I found out she is pregnant and saying it is this other guys. We did not end on a good note and I think she is telling this guy it is his, just to keep me out of her life. The reason I wonder if it is mine, is because we had a boo boo, she missed her period, and then she had this talk with me right before we went our own ways. She asked me what if I were to get pregnant and things didn't work out? I told her that unlike my father I would like to be a part of my childs life and she told me that she is afraid that I would want custody and she would never allow that. I din't think twice about it until someone told me she was pregnant and that is when I asked her. First she wouldn't say, but now it is no. I asked for some kind of medical proof that this guy she was dating for not even a month is the father ( we were little over two years). She told me that she wouldn't give me any medical record proof.Plz help

i wish there were more men out there like you at least you are trying to take responsibility for a child who may be yours but you dont want to take the risk of the child being yours and you not doing anything. I do commend you on that.

first of all i want to applaud you for stepping forward and taking responsibility. There are men that do tha opposite. Now you can get a court order just go to your local family courthouse and let the clerks know and they can help you with the paper work. You would have to get a DNA test done once paternity has been established then the judge will establish a visitation and support schedule. Good luck take her to court you have the right to know if this is your child
