Tomorrow, wake up two hours earlier so you'll be sleepy enough tomorrow to go to bed earlier. Then, if you didn't get sleepy early enough, wake up two more hours earlier, and so on, until you finally start getting sleepy at the time you would like to go to bed. :)

set your clock for 8 and get up then go to bed by 11 and stay there till the clock goes off the next morning, in a few days you will be so tired you will actually sleep and then you are on the way to changing your patterns.

haha i have the same problem!!
what i do is have someone (my mom) force me to go to bed.
because once the pattern is established, it's very hard to go back to a "normal" pattern.
so, try to go to sleep at a normal time, and wake up at noon as usual.
slowly phase it out.
start sleeping less and less.
but definately start at sleeping at a normal hour.
