First of all, You should be concerned more about your studies. Sleeping with so many men is considered a form of receiving love and attention since you might not get any. So I was 18 when I lost it or when I had sex again. I stayed sexually active w/the same guy until we were 20 though we were not bf/gf. Then nobody until I was 22 - again, only one guy until I was 25. Then there were 3 one night stands that never happened between 25 and 27. At 27, there was one guy I was with for 9 months or so (and a one night stand that never happened) - we were not bf/gf, just casual sex buddies.

I turned down sex SO MANY TIMES - and sometimes laid there and regretted it. I would not suggest being dumb about sex - I mean, use condoms and birth control, but have sex as much as you want. If 2 ppl are attracted to each other and neither is committed to someone else, have a good time. My brother died at 18 - does it matter how many people he slept with by then? NO - but what does matter is that life can be gone in an instant - why not have fun and enjoy it until then?

If it's a moral issue or it bothers you to have that many sex partners, then make a commitment to yourself and live by it. If not, like i say, life is short, enjoy it.

I grew up believing that it was not okay to have sex, unless you are going to marry the guy. This is why I waited til I was 18 and convinced myself I would marry the guy, just so that I would be okay with us having sex.

I personally was very promiscuis when I was young. All I wanted was one boyfriend but I had no-one to show me what love was about or teach me anything. Their is nothing wrong or dirty about sex.
