The eustachian tubes in your ears may be blocked due to the cold. If it doesn't become better in a couple of days, go to a doctor.

It sounds as though you may have some fluid in your ears, or other congestion. If it doesn't clear up in a couple of days, a trip to the doctor would certainly be a good idea. People often force mucous into their ear canals when blowing their nose; if the material doesn't drain of its own accord, it can provide the medium for bacterial growth, leading to an infection. Your doctor may want to put you on sulfa or an antibiotic to help clear it up; you do NOT want a burst eardrum!
