No, the Bible does not describe a nuclear war outside of the biased, vague interpretation of fundamentalists and conspiracy theorists. I don't even know what you mean by "half of the Russians live in the U.S." Really, 70 million Russians running around in the States? Is that just the lower forty-eight, or does it include Alaska and Hawaii? Where are they? Every fourth person I meet should be a Russian.
Every day is a hard test. For all of us. It's no good making it harder by making dire predictions about nuclear wars.

Yes I did know that. And you are right. The rapture is nearer than most of us understand. I am ready to meet Christ and I pray that everyone else will be too. There is a song that was popular a few years ago that said "I wish we'd all been ready."

did you know that Nostradamus described the rise of Hitler and 9/11?
and i missed the part in the bible where it describes atomic energy, laser guiding, science in general... It may happen to describe symptoms of radiation, or maybe the Devil put it in there to trick you into being happy when it happens!
and half the Russians don't live in the US, if you were trying to say that.

Yes, you could say that. It could also be said that some of the descriptions in Revelation could be seen as being the result of nuclear war.
My personal belief is that it is likely that God will allow man to bring about the various judgements listed in Revelation through our own stupidity.
