you can use human growth hormones if you are young enough and your doctor will prescribe them. otherwise you are basically stuck with what you inherit from your parents.

your height are basically based on your genes, u can't really do much abt it, don't try any formulas that attempt to let u grow taller, it can have it's side effect.
