Wash it right away. They always tell you not to wash it for the first 24-48 hours because it will loosen the curl, but I always wash it when it's too tight or frizzy right away. If it still isn't any better after you dry it, wash and condition it again. It should help.

try some clarifying shampoo and deep conditioner. but it sounds like you will be stuck with frizzy hair. sounds like they either used the wrong type for your hair or allowed it to over process. good luck with that! if it's just too curly it will relax on it's own in a couple days. and shampooing won't make the curl come out btw cause the perm is already processed and permanent. if it's actually just frizzy i'd be afraid to have another chemical put on your hair. if its too curly and not actually frizzy wait a week or so and if it's still too curly go and have them put the perm solution on it but not roll it and it will straighten it out some. or either have them re-roll it with larger rollers. but if it's frizzy you may want to get some really good anti frizz products and use them and straighten it with a hair dryer. (i know some people call it 'frizzy' when they mean too curly so you need to figure out which it actually is frizzy or just too curly) also if it's just too curly you can roll it with rollers (wet set) and that will relax them all though that can be time consuming to do every day

This has happened to me more than once. Time is the biggest factor but, using a deep conditioner will help. When using one leave it on for at least a half an hour, covered with a cap and apply heat using a blow dryer. Then use a leave in conditioner and products that are made to control frizz. I used Paul Mitchels leave in conditioner.

Set your hair in curlers and let it dry. Curlers out and it won't be frizzy and you will have nice curls. It will relax somewhat in the next few days.
