How many times in a day, do u remember God, thank HIM for giving u one more day to live. Many people are there in this world who remember God only when they are in trouble.
If u are a true devottee of HIM, then why get scared of the test. HE will be with u at that time too.

Testing us is like making steel. You start with raw iron and just keep purifying it until it becomes steel. We are raw iron but in order to be pleasing to God we need to become like steel.
By the way, God does not set up these bad tests. He allows them to come our way as a natural effect from choices that we or other humans make. He wants us to be victorious but that is not going to happen unless we lean on him. Then and only then will we become the vic-tor rather than the vic-tim.

Free will. He wants to know that we choose HIM even when things are bad and don't just believe in him for all of the good times and many blessings. Read the book of Job. Now he was a good example of a proper Christian.

why do you work out or study or do any number of things to strengthen yourself and increase your endurance? Same thing in the Spiritual. Trials and "testings" are like spiritual bar-bells that create strength and endurance....making us strong, effective warriors against satanic forces. When I am tried I shall come forth as gold - pure and strong. The trying of your Faith being much more precious than gold that perishes though it be tried by fire will be found unto honor and praise and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ (1 Peter 1).

God does NOT test nor tempt people. People are led by his or her own inherent desires [lusts] - see: Book of James, Chapter 1, verses 13 & 14. !!!

Good question SomeGuy
God already knows. He doesn't test us so He can find out, He tests us so WE can find out.
Testing makes us grow; it pushes us to go beyond where we normally would without it.
Think about how we've been tested by our parents, teachers. God is both.
He wants us to increase in knowledge, wisdom, patience, temperance, and love.

Why do teachers give us tests? So we will learn it and know it the next time we need to use it. It is only natural for our faith to be tested. How else will you know if you passed, if your not tested on it.
