after exercising i feel kind of hungry so i eat some kellogs smart start... i know water is the best liquid to drink but i prefer milk... is that okay? c",)

Yeah, it's fine. It's good to just get SOME kind of liquid in you before, during, AND after your workout, for best results. Just try not to drink too much milk before or during your workout (you'll throw it all back up), but afterwards is just fine.

Sure, it's good actually. Your body is most anabolic after working out and this is where your muscles need to be fed the most so they can build up and heal, which is a good thing.
